• We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or cancel any transaction that requires further review
• Recipients may be required to provide identification to receive funds
• Transfer times vary based on destination, payment method, and regulatory checks

5. Fees & Exchange Rates

You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your transactions:

• Transfer fees are displayed before you confirm each transaction
• Exchange rates are locked at the time of transaction confirmation
• Additional fees may be charged by intermediary or receiving banks
• We are not responsible for currency fluctuations after the transaction is confirmed

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our Services for:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity
• Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• Transactions involving prohibited goods or services
• Circumventing sanctions, embargoes, or regulatory restrictions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fast Remit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

9. Modifications to Terms
